Matt Kronmiller is a Vice President at Bay City Capital and has been with the firm since 2011. Mr. Kronmiller is responsible for developing financial analyses, conducting research, and supporting current and potential investments in the areas of biopharma, diagnostics, healthcare IT, and medical devices. Prior to joining Bay City Capital, Mr. Kronmiller was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised on a number of M&A and corporate finance transactions for a variety of public and private healthcare clients. Mr. Kronmiller received a BS in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
