Civitas Therapeutics Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

Chelsea, MA — Civitas Therapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing transformative therapeutics using its proprietary ARCUSTM technology, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not been determined.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch will act as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cowen and Company, LLC and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. will act as co-managers.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC, but has not yet become effective.
